Our cows come from a prestigious lineage of Red Devons dating back several hundred years with our Registered Bull to the first herds to arrive into the colonies.  Red Devons develop fantastic marbling on just grass and hay.  They are born and raised here in Limestone and slaughtered at a USDA certified processing facility in Greeneville before being vacuum sealed into the best cuts.
 
We are currently sold out but have several that were born this year and will be ready for 2026 Fall Butchering.  Please contact us if you would like to be on the wait list.  Sold by the pound, premium steaks are Ribeyes, Prime Ribs, Sirloins, Filet Mignon etc.  Please contact if you would like to know current stock and have a preference.  This is a flat rate regardless of type of "premium steak".
